Conversation Memory · iPhone · iPad · Mac · One synced app
Every promise. Every contradiction. Every name. Remembered.
Bonfiyah captures the conversations you actually have — in person, on speakerphone, around the table — and remembers them: searchable, summarized, and attributed to the people who said it. It learns each person's voice and recognizes the same people in every future recording, so your memory gets sharper the more you use it instead of starting over every session.

Why we exist
In a world where AI-generated communication is becoming the norm, we believe Humanity will evolve the other way — toward Truth and Authenticity, found in real, in-person human conversation.
Bonfiyah is an app built for Humanity — and for the future of Truth and Authentic Communication.
The moat · speaker memory
It doesn't just hear who's talking. It remembers them.
Bonfiyah identifies who said what from the sound of each voice — a private voiceprint, not a guess from the words on the page. It builds a durable memory of the people you record and recognizes them again in every future conversation. The more you record, the better it knows each voice — your speaker memory compounds.
Illustrative — your memory compounds while every other app starts from zero on each recording.
Identity from voice, never text
Who's speaking is decided by a voiceprint computed from the audio — not by scanning the transcript for names. The signal is the voice itself, so a label sticks to the right person even when nobody says their name out loud.
Remembered across every recording
Sarah from Tuesday's meeting is the same Sarah on Friday's call and next quarter's review. One identity per person, across iPhone, iPad, and Mac — so "what did Sarah promise me last month" is a question your library can actually answer.
Sharper the more you use it
Every recording adds to what Bonfiyah knows about the voices around you. Your speaker memory grows with you — a head start that a tool you opened yesterday simply doesn't have.
The memory that repairs itself
Every voice memory picks up noise over time — a stray sample, a crossed wire between two similar voices, a profile that quietly drifts. In most tools that rot just accumulates and recognition gets worse. Bonfiyah does the opposite: it automatically finds the contaminated voice data and cleans it out — on its own, in the background, week after week, with nothing for you to manage.
When a voiceprint absorbs a sample that doesn't belong, Bonfiyah catches it and removes it reversibly — quarantined, never deleted, and restorable exactly as it was. The result: identification that actively gets sharper and more accurate the longer you use it, instead of drifting or resetting. Voices that withheld consent are never used to train it. A brand-new app can copy a feature in a sprint — it can't copy a speaker memory that has been quietly cleaning itself for months.
Why this is a moat
Meeting tools and recording bots re-identify speakers from scratch every session — you get "Speaker 1, Speaker 2," and the relationship resets at the next meeting. Bonfiyah's speaker memory is yours, private to your account, and it accumulates over time.
A brand-new app can copy a feature in a sprint. It can't copy the months of voices you've already taught Bonfiyah. That memory is what makes Promise Tracker, Pre-Brief, People Memory, and Team Dynamics actually work — and it's the one thing a competitor can't ship to you on day one.
Read on iPad.
Review on Mac.
Bonfiyah runs on iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your recordings, transcripts, and Pro AI outputs sync across all three (iPad and Mac via Catalyst) through your private iCloud and your account. Record a conversation on your iPhone, and it's ready to review on your Mac once it syncs.
Multi-device add-on
Pro and Pro AI cover one primary device. Adding more starts at $1.99/mo for the first 90 days, then $2.99/mo (or $19.99 first year, then $29.99/yr). Compare: Otter +$20/mo per seat. Plaud +$169 per device.
Pro · Native iPhone integration
Built like an Apple app. Not like a web wrapper.
Native Calendar + Contacts integration. Lock-screen Live Activity. Dynamic Island. Recording-status widget. The things every iPhone owner expects — and that web-first competitors physically cannot ship.
Calendar + Contacts
Read-only access to your iOS Calendar and Contacts. Bonfiyah knows who you're meeting, surfaces the right Speaker Insights profile, and generates the Pre-Brief automatically. Works with iCloud, Google, Outlook, Exchange — anything iOS calendar already supports.
Lock-screen Live Activity
When you're recording, your lock screen shows a real-time card: elapsed time, a live capture meter, the current speaker, and Flag / Quiet / Stop — drive the recording without unlocking. On iPhone 14 Pro and later the Dynamic Island handles the same job; every other iPhone and iPad get the Lock Screen card. Free in every tier.
Recording-status widget
One of eight free widgets — four on the Home Screen and Lock Screen (recording state, the Daily Brief, the Promise Ledger, and Contradictions, each in Small and Medium), three live activities, and a Control Center starter. See them all →
Live speaker reassignment
During an active recording, tap any "Speaker A/B/C" label and pick the right name from expected speakers, calendar attendees, or your contacts. The rename carries forward in real time. How this works →
Advanced Search
One box, four indexes: stories, transcripts, speakers, and tags. Semantic + keyword, depending on how you typed. Saved searches re-run automatically as new recordings come in.
AirPods + Bluetooth ready
Records through AirPods (any generation), AirPods Pro/Max, Beats, third-party Bluetooth lavaliers, USB-C mics — anything iOS recognizes. Same one-tap experience, dramatically better audio when you upgrade the input.
Live preview · recolor this whole site
Four hand-crafted color schemas. Tap one — the site recolors instantly.
Cream, Light Flame, Blue Flame, and Dark. Pick a swatch below (or use the swatches up in the header) and the entire website repaints in that schema — your choice is remembered on your next visit. The app ships the very same four in Settings → Appearance. Free on every plan.
A personalization feature — no Pro or Pro AI subscription required. The website remembers your pick; the app keeps its own.
Pro AI · Memory layer
Twenty AI surfaces the rest of the category hasn't shipped.
Each one is a different way of remembering across recordings. Your transcripts never train any model. $24.99/mo for the first 60 days, then $34.99/mo (or $179.99 first year). Cancel anytime.
Patent Pending Five of these surfaces are patent pending — Contradictions (filed as "Truth Layer"), Speaker Resolution, No-APNs Notifications, Consent/ACP markings, and Silent Fallback.

The cross-recording layer. Without the AI premium.
Pro is what you upgrade to when one recording stops being enough. Speaker memory across recordings, Advanced Search of your full library, native Calendar + Contacts integration, auto-summaries, projects + tags, real-time multi-device sync, and the lock-screen Live Activity that turns your iPhone into a recording cockpit. The infrastructure that makes a year of conversations feel like an organized archive.
Most users hit Pro before they hit Pro AI. Most stay there. That's by design — Pro alone solves the recording-volume problem without the AI inference cost.
Persistent speaker profiles Patent Pending

Real-time recording timer on the lock screen and in Dynamic Island, plus a home-screen widget for current recording state.
Auto-summaries
Bullet recap on every recording. The "what was this about" answer ready before re-listening.
Projects, tags, smart playlists
Organize 100s of recordings the way a power user organizes Notes.
Unlimited recording
No daily recording cap. Background recording, all-day if you want.
Privacy · in every tier
Built consent-first. Every tier. Including Free.
Recording laws vary by state and country, and most apps make that your problem — they hand you a microphone and a privacy policy and trust you to figure out the legal layer.
Bonfiyah ships per-speaker consent built into every tier, free included. Track who's consented and who hasn't. Detect when you announce the recording verbally and auto-grant participants who heard it. Redact non-consenting speakers from every transcript, email, and PDF you send. Export an audit log of every consent change. We don't make any of this a paid feature because recording someone without their consent is a category of harm we don't want our free users to drift into.
Audio uploads briefly so we can transcribe and analyze it, then auto-deletes within seven days. We do not train AI on your transcripts. Our vendors don't either — it's contractual on their side and policy on ours.
You stay in control of your data. Beyond the 7-day server window, your transcript is also deleted from our transcription provider immediately after it's generated. On your device, an optional Face ID / Touch ID lock keeps the app private, and you can export or permanently delete everything — recordings, transcripts, and voice signatures — at any time. New in v3.1, you can use Sign in with Apple — no password, no email harvesting, revocable anytime from your Apple ID — so your recordings stay tied to you, not an anonymous device. Why we recommend it →
How consent management works →Free · in every tier · new
Three ways to classify a conversation — each its own color.
Mark a speaker — or a whole story — Attorney-Client privileged, Doctor-Patient privileged, or Internal Use Only. Each gets its own colored shield in the app and its own banner on every email and PDF you send. New: filter your story feed by the shield color.
Legal work-product. Shows as a red shield in the app, an ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE — CONFIDENTIAL banner on every email and PDF, and an [ATTORNEY-CLIENT PRIVILEGE] subject-line prefix.
Medical confidentiality. Shows as a blue shield in the app, a DOCTOR-PATIENT PRIVILEGE — CONFIDENTIAL banner on every export, and a [DOCTOR-PATIENT PRIVILEGE] subject-line prefix.
Not for external share. Shows as a purple shield in the app and an INTERNAL USE ONLY pill on exports — a visible signal the conversation stays inside the room.
Filter your story feed by classification
Tap a shield color to show only those stories — red attorney-client, blue doctor-patient, purple internal. Combine them, or clear them to see everything.
Three tiers. Real differences. No padding.
Free is the full app on one device, capped at 120 min/month — no card required, and it's how you try Bonfiyah before paying. Pro is for active recorders who want sync. Pro AI is for stakes.

Bring your conversation history with you.
Leaving Otter, Fellow, Granola, Plaud, Fireflies, Notta, or any recorder? You don't start over. Import your past recordings and Bonfiyah runs them through the same pipeline as a live capture — cloud transcription, voice-based speaker identification, and (on Pro AI) an AI summary — so your back catalog finally knows who said what, and remembers it going forward.
Leaving Fellow is automatic — connect your workspace in Settings and pick the meetings to pull in. Every other tool takes one export and one tap. No re-recording, no lock-in.
