Feature requests aren't second-class. Submit "I wish Bonfiyah did X" from Settings the same way you submit a bug — both land on my queue, both get a real reply, and the ones that fit ship in days, not quarters. Your idea can become a v3.0.x release the same week you suggested it.
Bug reports follow the same path. The fix shows up in your app and the app tells you what changed. No support-ticket black hole, no roadmap purgatory.
