Switch to Bonfiyah
Your conversations should outlive the app you recorded them in.
Every meeting tool wants to keep your history inside its walls — reset to “Speaker 1 / Speaker 2” each session, mined to train its models, gone when you cancel. Bonfiyah is the opposite. Bring your spoken life into a memory that is private, yours forever, portable, consent-first — and gets smarter over time.
Leaving Fellow is automatic. Leaving anything else takes one export and one tap. Either way, your back catalog finally knows who said what, and remembers it going forward.
Why switch
Not a productivity upgrade. A memory you own.
The test we hold every feature to: does it make you better at being human with other humans? Migration isn’t about moving data between productivity tools. It’s about taking your spoken history back.
Private by construction
Audio is auto-deleted within 7 days and the transcript is purged from the provider immediately. Your library lives in your own iCloud. We have a binding policy: your conversations are never used to train AI.
Yours forever, portable
Your history shouldn’t be hostage to one vendor’s API. Bring it in, and you can take it out — export Stories to Apple Files anytime. No lock-in, in either direction.
Memory that gets smarter
Speakers are recognized by voiceprint, never by the words, and that recognition heals itself across recordings. Other tools reset to “Speaker 1” every meeting; Bonfiyah remembers people across months.
Consent-first, on every tier
Three-status consent (Granted · Unknown · Internal Use Only) plus Attorney-Client and Doctor-Patient privilege markings that carry into every PDF and email. Built for two-party-consent states.
It reasons across recordings
Once your history is in, the Pro AI suite works on all of it: Promise Tracker, Contradictions, Project Context, People Memory, Team Dynamics. Memory tasks, not summary tasks — the things a per-meeting note app can’t reach.
In-person + universal Apple app
One synced binary across iPhone, iPad, and Mac, built for the conversations that happen in the room — not just the calls behind a meeting bot. Your imported history joins it seamlessly.
Two ways in.
One is fully automatic. The other works for literally any tool that lets you save your audio.
Automated · Fellow
Import from Fellow
In Bonfiyah, open Settings → Import from Fellow, connect your Fellow workspace, and pick the meetings you want. Bonfiyah pulls their transcripts and AI notes straight in — each becomes a Story with voice-based speaker identification and an AI summary.
Come back anytime — already-imported meetings are flagged, so you only grab the new ones. (Importing the original audio uses your Fellow workspace-owner key; transcripts and notes import with any admin key.)

Export the audio, Import the file
- Export or download a recording’s audio from your current app.
- In Bonfiyah, tap Import and pick the file (Files app, AirDrop, or another app’s export).
- It runs the same pipeline as a live recording — split, cloud transcription, speakers separated by voice.
- You get a searchable Story, synced across your devices, AI summary on Pro AI.
Import, cloud transcription, and voice-based speaker ID work on every tier — Free includes 240 import minutes in your first 30 days, Pro is unlimited; the AI summary is the Pro AI piece. The Free tier needs no card, so you can bring your history in and try Bonfiyah before paying anything. To be clear: except for Fellow, Import works on the file you export — it isn’t a live integration into another company’s service. You do the export; Bonfiyah does everything after.
