Why not a meeting bot

Privacy considerations for internal use

Every team has different policies on internal recording. Bonfiyah's on-device recording means the audio never leaves your phone unless you turn on iCloud sync. The consent module logs verbal acknowledgement when other people are in the room — useful both legally and as a basic professional courtesy.

If your company has a "no recording without consent" policy, Bonfiyah's consent module surfaces that requirement before you press record. If your company has a "no recording, period" policy, this isn't the tool for you in those meetings.
